YOD (Your Own Determination)
YOD is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) that combines Baptiste Yoga with more contemporary functional movement. This is a great practice for those looking to have a different experience from a Yoga class with a greater focus on isolation workouts.
The YOD community has a specific workout for each day, which is great because it builds a community doing the same movements worldwide.
